Peyton Holland

Peyton Holland currently serves as the Executive Director of the National Technical Honor Society, overseeing its mission to honor achievement and leadership in career and technical education, while serving over 100,000 members annually. As the owner of Peyton Holland Speaking, Peyton specializes in topics related to the Next Generation Workforce, Skills Gap, Mentorship, and Leadership Development, effectively engaging both corporate and student audiences. Previously, Peyton held the position of Executive Director for SkillsUSA in North Carolina, where responsibilities included managing the Postsecondary Division and enhancing the skilled workforce through essential skills development. Peyton's early career included a role as Marketing Coordinator at Pentair, focusing on implementing green technology solutions. Peyton holds an MBA in Innovation and a Master's in Global Innovation Management from NC State, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing.
