Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end execution of fiber optic and data center installation projects. This includes planning, organizing, and managing resources and timelines to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Led by the Project Manager and supported by the Project Supervisor, OSP Foreman, and Project Assistant, the team ensures seamless communication between all stakeholders, adherence to compliance regulations, and the delivery of exceptional service to meet customer needs.
