Matthew Baker has extensive experience in the telecommunications and customer service industries. Currently serving as an Outside Plant Splicing Foreman at National Technologies since June 2016, Matthew manages a team and ensures effective training for new apprentices in fiber splicing and safety protocols. Additionally, Matthew has worked as a Fiber Technician for IBEW Local 20 since September 2016 and previously held the role of Lead M.E.C.P. Advanced Installer at Best Buy, where responsibilities included overseeing car installations. Earlier roles included Night Auditor at Holiday Inn Express and Visual Merchandiser at Carson Pirie Scott. Matthew's education includes studies in General Studies at both College of DuPage and Joliet Junior College.
