Edward Duggan

Edward Duggan serves as the Advisor for Intergovernmental Affairs at the US Department of Commerce, NTIA, since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Campaign Consultant, Michigan Political Director for Biden for President, and Senior Advisor at the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity. Edward held the position of Special Advisor in the Office of the Governor for the State of Michigan and directed external affairs for the Michigan Governor-Elect Transition Team. Additional experience includes coordinating campaigns for the Michigan Democratic Party and overseeing youth summer employment initiatives at Downtown Detroit Partnership. Edward's career began with BELFOR Property Restoration as a Property Restorer. Edward holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Michigan State University.
