Kyle Rosner

Kyle Rosner is a seasoned professional in the field of telecommunications and broadband policy, currently serving as a Senior Advisor for the BEAD Program at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration since March 2024. Previously, Kyle held the position of Director of Government Affairs at All Points Broadband from February 2022 to March 2024 and worked as Deputy Broadband Advisor for the Commonwealth of Virginia from December 2018 to January 2022, where a strategy for achieving universal broadband access was developed and implemented. Additional experience includes roles as a Government Relations Associate at Patient Services, Inc., and various positions within the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Office of Senator Tim Kaine. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government/History from Radford University and a Professional Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Michigan State University.
