Natalie Romanoff

Natalie Romanoff, MPA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grants management and public safety. Currently serving as a Technical Assistance Advisor in the Office of Internet Connectivity and Growth within the US Department of Commerce’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration since March 2015, Natalie provides crucial support in formulating and implementing grant policies as a Federal Program Officer. Prior to this, Natalie held various leadership roles at FEMA from 2010 to 2015, including Section Chief and Acting Branch Chief, overseeing preparedness program funding and the full lifecycle of grant management for multiple security-related grant programs. Natalie's earlier experience includes a Senior Consultant position at Booz Allen Hamilton, where expertise was applied to FEMA's grant programs. Natalie holds a BA in Kinesiology from William & Mary and a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management from George Mason University.
