Thomas Parisi is an experienced legal professional with a focus on public policy and communications law. Currently serving as an Attorney Advisor at the US Department of Commerce, NTIA since September 2023, Thomas previously held the position of Public Policy Manager for Connectivity & Access at Meta from November 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included providing policy guidance on product changes and regional concerns. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Covington & Burling LLP, where Thomas counseled private equity clients on compliance and regulatory issues, and roles at the Federal Communications Commission that involved various aspects of telecommunications law and net neutrality. Educational qualifications include a JD in Communications Law from George Mason University and a BA in Political Science and Cinema Studies from the University of New Hampshire.
