Patricia Johnson has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles across multiple healthcare settings. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center since April 2014, Patricia engages in both routine and specialized duties within the department. At Baptist Memorial Medical Group Inc. since June 2014, Patricia coordinates customer service tasks including patient check-in, insurance verification, and payment processing. Additionally, as an Order Entry Clerk with the National Telecommuting Institute since August 2015, Patricia assists taxpayers with essential documentation for tax filing. Earlier experience includes the role of Volunteer Services Coordinator at Alsac St Jude from January 2009 to June 2014. Patricia holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree from Sandhills Community College.
