Lucy Cleveley

Lucy Cleveley has extensive experience in the field of learning and development. Lucy currently holds the position of Head of Organisational Development at the National Theatre since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Learning at Voco. from 2022.

Lucy also has experience as an L&D Consultant and Founder of GrowSmart, a role they have held since 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Cultural and Behavioural Change Consultant on a short-term contract with Amnesty International UK.

Earlier in their career, Lucy worked at the BBC as a Learning and Development Partner, responsible for training and development in various departments. Lucy also worked at Barclays Bank as a Learning Partner for Head Office Functions and later as a Training Manager for branches in North London.

Lucy started their career at Deloitte as a Learning Advisor. Overall, Lucy Cleveley has demonstrated a strong background in learning and development, with expertise in leadership, training program design, and cultural change initiatives.

Lucy Cleveley obtained an MSc degree in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Level 1 and Level 2 Psychometrics from The British Psychological Society, WAVE from Saville Consulting, Emotional Intelligence Profile from JCA (Occupational Psychologists), Hogan from Hogan Assessment Systems, MBTI Step 1 from OPP, Team Performance Accelorator from Capstone, Inc., and Leadership Styles and Climates from Hay Group. These certifications were obtained between 2010 and 2014.
