Natalie Panto

Natalie Panto has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Natalie began their career as a Sales Assistant and Cashier at Russell & Bromley Ltd, where they provided customer service and handled cash transactions. Natalie then worked as The Times University Research Manager at High Fliers Research Limited, where they managed research groups and organized surveys for graduate employers. Following that, Natalie joined Loughborough Students' Union as Bar Staff, serving students and ensuring good customer service. Natalie then transitioned to Venquis, a recruitment consultancy, where they worked as a Consultant in the Insurance Contract sector, specializing in Business Transformation and Change Management. Currently, Natalie holds various roles at the National Theatre, including Associate Head of Development Operations and Senior Development Operations Manager. Natalie'sresponsibilities include managing office operations, supporting fundraising efforts, and coordinating donor services.

Natalie Panto completed their high school education at Dartford Grammar School for Girls from 2005 to 2012, majoring in Theatre Studies. Following this, from 2012 to 2015, they attended Loughborough University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Drama with English. In June 2019, Natalie Panto obtained a certification in Introduction to Project Management from Happy Ltd.
