Eric M. has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Grid Code Management system operator at the National Transmission Company South Africa since March 2021, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with grid, renewable, and distribution codes for power system security. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd, where contributions included outage scheduling, essential systems design, and engineering support at major power stations. Additional experience encompasses RF surveying for cellular site compliance with EM Software & Systems, detailing a strong background in both electrical engineering and renewable energy.
