Nuria Luguera

Nuria Luguera is a seasoned professional in the fields of real estate and urban planning, currently serving as Senior Manager at the National Treasury Management Agency since May 2022, with a concurrent role as Investment Manager for the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF). Prior experience includes leadership positions such as Head of Quality & Heritage Division at Eciuum Entidad Colaboradora Urbanística from July 2019 to March 2022, and Project Manager for the Housing Portfolio at Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council from October 2016 to June 2019. Nuria also worked as Head of Planning & Quality at INTEINCO from 2003 to 2013. Educationally, Nuria is pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in International Real Estate & Planning from UCL, a Specialist Programme in Real Estate from IEB, and Real Estate Economics and Finance from LSE, alongside an Executive MBA from EAE Business School and a Master's in Construction Consultancy and Architecture from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
