Sinead Callan is an accomplished Programme Manager with extensive experience in project management and IT services. Currently employed at the National Treasury Management Agency since January 2013, Sinead has successfully managed the State Savings Digital Development Programme and led several IT projects, including the Treasury Management System update. Previous roles include a Business Analyst/Project Manager at the National Asset Management Agency and a Project Manager at Microsoft, where responsibilities encompassed the localisation of software into multiple languages. Sinead began their career as a Localisation Engineer and Software Test Engineer, providing foundational expertise in software testing and localisation processes. Sinead holds a Master of Science in Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computing from Waterford Institute of Technology.
