Hari Krishnamurthy

Hari Krishnamurthy has extensive work experience in finance and executive roles. Hari is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at National Tree Company since May 2021. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of PactCentral Inc, a file sharing secured cloud software company focused on fund raising and M&A transactions from May 2019 to May 2021. Hari also held the position of Global CFO and Executive Vice President at Source Photonics from January 2015 to May 2019. Hari served as the Executive Director at FrontEdge Consulting Inc. from February 2014 to September 2015 and as the CFO & Director - Business Development at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from March 2012 to February 2014. Before that, they held various roles at UTC Climate, Controls & Security and GE, including Director - Business Development & Strategy, Asia, CFO Asia, CFO-SEA/Indian Ocean, and Finance Manager. Hari also gained experience as a Treasury Executive at 3M Inc, USA.

Hari Krishnamurthy completed their education with a focus on business administration, accounting, and finance. In 1985, they attended Bangalore University and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Later, from 1989 to 1992, Hari pursued further studies at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained a degree in CA (Chartered Accountant). After a break in their education, in 2007, Hari attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business for an Executive MBA, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
