Gareth Hughes

Gareth Hughes is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Regional Lawyer at the National Trust since August 2022. Prior to this role, Gareth held positions as a Senior Associate and Associate at Barcan+Kirby from November 2019 to August 2022, and as an Associate at Foot Anstey LLP from March 2014 to November 2019. Earlier in the career, Gareth worked as an Associate at Burges Salmon LLP from September 2006 to March 2014, qualifying into the Real Estate department after completing a training contract, and was seconded to The Crown Estate for a two-month term in 2012. Gareth holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies from the University of Birmingham and a BA Hons in Geography from the same institution.
