Gavin Lilley

Gavin Lilley is an experienced building and facilities management professional with a diverse background in maintenance and technical operations. Currently serving as a Building Supervisor at the National Trust since January 2020, Gavin works on planned and reactive maintenance across various property types in Devon. Previous roles include Facilities Manager at Arlington Court Estate, Maintenance & Compliance Manager at the Royal Horticultural Society, and Technical & Facilities Manager at Parkwood Theatres Limited. Gavin's expertise also spans freelance sound engineering, having worked on significant events like the London Olympic Games and Glastonbury Festival, and began a career in sound engineering with GSL Audio and as a Theatre Technician for North Devon Theatres and Festival. Educational qualifications include training from Deep Blue Sound and Cowplain Community School.
