Monique Wolak is a seasoned landscape architect with extensive experience in heritage research and garden design. Currently serving as Secretary at the Garden Historical Society Cascade since January 2020, Monique also holds a position as a Heritage Researcher and Landscape Architect with the National Trust, focusing on the Sissinghurst garden rooms. As the founder of MONIQUE WOLAK green heritage since 1983, Monique specializes in the research, planning, and design of historic gardens and landscapes. Additionally, Monique has contributed to aesthetics committees for the Municipalities of Buren and Deventer, providing advisory support on listed buildings and outdoor spaces. Past roles include coaching landscape architects, guest teaching garden design, and advising on landscape architecture projects. Monique earned a Master of Science in Garden and Landscape Architecture from Wageningen University & Research.
