Rich Parks

Rich Parks serves as the Consultancy Manager at the National Trust, where responsibilities include leading thematic change related to membership recruitment and fostering a culture of growing support in the North region. Prior to this role, Rich held positions focused on membership growth and client consultancy in various organizations, including a period as a self-employed freelance consultant and Operations Manager at Fenton Simpson Financial Services. Rich's career also encompasses diverse experiences in the travel and hospitality sectors, including leadership roles at Flight Centre and Village Hotels. Rich holds a BSc in Hospitality Management from the University of Plymouth and is currently pursuing a Senior Leaders Apprenticeship at the University of Wolverhampton.
