Steph Hill

Steph Hill is an experienced professional in operational delivery and project management with a diverse background in sports and leisure industries. Currently serving as Head of Operational Delivery Holidays (Outdoors) at the National Trust since January 2022, Steph previously held roles such as Operations Manager and Business Development Lead at Proofed, and Interactive Learning. Notable contributions include consultancy for the European Championships Glasgow 2018, senior management during the 5th Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games, and project management for significant events like the 2016 Invictus Games and the London 2012 Olympics. Steph holds a Master’s degree in Protected Landscape Management from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre, Film, and TV from Aberystwyth University.
