Trudy Clayson

Trudy Clayson is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and recruitment. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at the National Trust since June 2018, Trudy holds an MCIPD qualification. Prior to this role, Trudy was an HR Business Partner at Boots UK, where responsibilities included creating people plans and developing strong internal networks. Notably, Trudy led recruitment teams at Walgreens Boots Alliance and Boots, focusing on strategic recruitment and talent management for diverse functional areas.
