Victoria Wood-Matthews is an experienced Internal Communications Consultant currently at the National Trust since June 2018. Prior to this, a significant tenure at the British Red Cross spanned over a decade, where roles included Senior Corporate Engagement Officer and various internal communications positions. Notable achievements include the implementation of an internal engagement strategy that enhanced communication channels and management interactions. Earlier career experiences involved video production roles with BVS Training Ltd, Another Film Company, and Quadrant Media & Communications. Victoria holds a Master's degree in Film and Theatre Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Film and Television Studies from Aberystwyth University.
