Kelsey Humpherys

Kelsey Humpherys is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal and external communication, account management, and customer success. Currently serving as a Consultant for Internal Communications at Lincoln Financial Group since December 2016, Kelsey has taken ownership of communication strategies and crafted various forms and correspondence. Prior to this role, Kelsey worked as a New Business Case Manager, specializing in maintaining quality and productivity while developing job aides. Kelsey’s diverse background includes positions at Get Inclusive as a Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities encompassed lead generation and content production, and roles within Bath & Body Works, AidData, EKR, Brigham Young University, Cafe Zupas, and Legends Grille in various capacities ranging from managerial to research assistant positions. Kelsey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University, complemented by a Spanish studies program at Universidad Modelo.
