Tony Flaherty

Tony Flaherty currently serves as the Acting Head of Research Development at the National University of Ireland, Galway, where the focus is on implementing the institution’s Research and Innovation Strategy and enhancing research performance. Prior to this role, Tony Flaherty was a Senior Research Support Officer at NUI Galway, contributing to the ambitious aims of the Vision2020 Strategy. Earlier experience includes leading the International Funding Team at Trinity College Dublin and managing EU funding initiatives.
