Dr. Jeri Ramón Ruffner is a Public Accountant, Master in Accounting with a mention in Auditing and Master in Public Administration with a mention in Anticorruption. She has more than 40 years of managerial experience in the public and private sectors.

She is a Doctor of Accounting and a Lawyer. She is past president of the Committee of Experts of the Association of Public Accountants of Lima. She has provided advisory and consulting services to industrial, mining, commercial and service companies, and financial advice on mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions and company valuations, as well as accounting expertise.
