Bernise Ang

External Lecturer, Complexity And Systems Thinking at National University of Singapore

Bernise Ang serves as Principal & Chief Alchemist at Zeroth Labs since September 2014, leading methodology development for urbanisation projects aimed at government clients in developing countries and Singapore, integrating diverse methods such as anthropology and behavioural science. Bernise also contributes as an External Lecturer on complexity science and systems thinking at the National University of Singapore and as Adjunct Faculty at Singapore Management University, focusing on systems thinking and innovation methods. Prior experience includes co-founding and directing Syinc, a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing organizational capacities for impactful innovation, and managing business planning and intelligence at Pacific Star. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Psychology from UNSW, an Obama Foundation Scholar program at Columbia University, and participation in the Complex Systems Summer School at the Santa Fe Institute.
