Eve L Kazuhara is an accomplished academic and professional with expertise in art history and Japanese studies. Currently serving as a University Lecturer at the National University of Singapore since August 2022, Eve focuses on Art History and Japanese Studies (Ideas and Images). Previously, Eve held the position of Business Manager for Guide-ID in Singapore from December 2022 to April 2024 and lectured on Museum Studies and Introduction to Visual Arts at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in mid-2016. From February 2010 to April 2016, Eve served as Manager of Content and Manager of Interpretive Resources at the National Gallery Singapore, concentrating on interpretive planning for the gallery's collections and exhibitions. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Japanese Art History from the National University of Singapore, completed in 2022, a graduate degree in Linguistics and Speech Pathology from Macquarie University, and an Honours Class I degree in Art History and Theory from the University of Sydney.
