Justas Rinkevicius

Justas Rinkevicius is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in venture building, business development, and innovation across Southeast Asia and Europe. As the Co-Founder and COO of AIRA, Justas spearheads the AI Recruitment platform, enhancing data interaction and streamlining recruitment processes. In addition, Justas co-founded Whatnot Innovation & Startup Studio, focusing on driving innovation through collaboration with organizations in Southeast Asia. As a mentor at the National University of Singapore, Justas guides students in their venture projects. Previous roles include Venture Partner at Unifier Ventures and Co-Founder of Gaorai and Cinnamon Bridge, where Justas facilitated growth for startups and market expansion. Justas Rinkevicius holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Vilnius University and has contributed to numerous organizations, leveraging expertise to develop disruptive innovation strategies.
