Mei Shum Au

Mei Shum Au is currently serving as the Associate Director, HR Business Partner (Team Lead) at the National University of Singapore since November 2021. Previously, Mei held the position of Assistant Director, Human Resource at the Central Provident Fund Board from October 2017 to October 2021, where responsibilities included aligning business objectives with employees, talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management, alongside a focus on HR Analytics. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager for Human Capital at Sport Singapore, overseeing talent acquisition and team management, and as Assistant Head of Shared Services at the Ministry of Finance, focusing on recruitment and HR analytics. Mei's career in human resources began in law enforcement within the Ministry of Home Affairs Singapore from 2000 to 2010. Mei holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Statistics from the National University of Singapore.
