Ralph Restor Payumo

Ralph Restor Payumo is an experienced IT Security professional with a comprehensive background in vulnerability management and security assessments across various organizations, including the National University of Singapore, Synapxe, and Dimension Data. Currently serving as an Associate Architect in IT Security at the National University of Singapore since August 2022, Ralph manages security testing projects, oversees the vulnerability management system, and communicates risks to stakeholders. Previously held roles include Vulnerability Management Lead and Assistant Manager/Lead Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed performing assessments, managing tools, advising senior leadership, and implementing security policies. Ralph also has experience in technical support and teaching computer networking and information security courses, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines.
