Lourdes Pauline Guanzon

Ma. Lourdes Pauline Guanzon, EMBA, serves as the Resource Development Director at National University - Philippines since May 2025. Previously, Guanzon held the position of Regional Innovation Manager at RTI International from February 2024 to April 2025 and worked as a Venture Architect with Embiggen between September 2022 and December 2023. Guanzon's experience also includes mentoring at Abot Tala from August 2019 to September 2023, serving as a Process Improvement Consultant at InvestEd in 2022-2023, and co-founding Innovable, Inc. as its CEO from September 2016 to December 2022. Earlier roles include Chief Information Officer at M.M. Guanzon, Inc. and Associate Publisher at Thomson Reuters. Guanzon's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Organization Development currently in progress, an Executive Master's in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts from De La Salle University, among others.
