Paul Michael Santiago

Paul Michael Santiago currently serves as a Professor at National University in the Philippines and as Operations Manager at One Luna Global Connections, Inc. Since January 2020, Paul has also been the President/CEO of PMFS Business Consultancy Services. With a background in financial advising at AIA from July 2016 to September 2023, Paul specialized in savings and investment planning. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at The Palace Day and Night Resto, Inc., and various HR consultancy positions, where Paul focused on transforming human resource policies and employee engagement. Academic credentials include a Masters of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from De La Salle University and ongoing legal studies for a Juris Doctor at Bulacan State University.
