Deborah Leblanc

Deborah LeBlanc is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in public administration, law, and criminal justice. As a Professor and Lead Regional Faculty at National University since March 1987, Deborah oversees undergraduate and graduate programs, focusing on curriculum evaluation, program development, and faculty recruitment. Additionally, Deborah has owned and presided over DLB Associates since September 1985, providing research, training, and professional development services to various organizations. Previously, Deborah served as a Program Monitor for the Community Development Commission of the County of Los Angeles, ensuring compliance with community development block grant funding. Deborah holds a Doctorate in Public Administration from the University of La Verne and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California, supplemented by a degree in Political Science from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
