Heather Piedrahita

Heather Piedrahita is an experienced professional in alumni and community relations, currently serving as Associate Director at National University since March 2022, after previously holding the role of Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Transition Specialist at Hire Heroes USA, where strategies were developed for effective client relationship management. Heather's extensive background at National University includes roles as a Remote Instructor and Course Developer, where virtual classes reached up to 500 students annually, and as Manager of Student Services, where advising and record maintenance for over 15,000 students were key responsibilities. Heather also facilitated employment workshops for transitioning military service-members at GBX Consultants, Inc., enhancing professional skills and communication.
