Monica Escobar possesses extensive experience in program management and community engagement, with a strong focus on health initiatives and addressing the digital divide. At the National Urban League, Monica currently serves as Project Manager for the Urban Tech Jobs Program, overseeing operations, building partnerships, and managing initiatives to enhance job accessibility. Prior roles include Program Manager at SHARE Cancer Support, where Monica developed educational programs and conducted advocacy research, and Community Engagement Manager at The New York Academy of Medicine, where Monica created training curricula and outreach campaigns for health improvement. Monica's career also includes program coordinator roles at Seedco and New Jersey City University, complemented by a B.S. from NJCU and a fundraising certificate from NYU.
