Alex Yakulis Mai

Alex Yakulis, MAI has extensive work experience in the field of commercial real estate valuation. Alex began their career as a Research Analyst at Crosson Dannis, Inc. in 2009 and later became a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. In 2015, they joined National Valuation Consultants, Inc. and started as a Senior Associate. Alex progressed to the role of Vice President in 2019 and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President.

Alex Yakulis, MAI attended the University of Mississippi from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Real Estate and Managerial Finance. In addition to their undergraduate degree, Alex Yakulis has also obtained certifications as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser from the Texas Appraiser Licensing & Certification Board and an MAI Designation (MAI) from the Appraisal Institute.
