Inga Goldbard

Inga Goldbard is a seasoned corporate attorney with extensive experience in representing startup companies and advising venture capital, private equity, and strategic investors. Currently serving as General Counsel for GV and a member of the General Counsel Advisory Board for the National Venture Capital Association, Inga has held significant legal roles at Fenwick & West and WilmerHale, where the focus was on corporate governance, financial transactions, and assisting companies across various industries, particularly in the NYC start-up community. Inga began legal studies at Harvard Law School, obtaining a JD in 2010, and holds a BA in Philosophy from New York University. Early career experiences include a legal internship at NYU Langone Medical Center and a coordinating role with the Technology Managers Forum.
