Brian Bay

Brian Bay is an experienced professional in risk management and environmental health and safety, currently serving as the Director of Insurance and Risk Management at National Veterinary Associates since March 2022. In this role, Brian established a Risk Management and Insurance Department and leads a support center team to enhance organizational processes across North America. Previously, Brian held senior positions at Aspen Dental Management, Inc., where responsibilities included compliance and risk reduction for over 1,000 affiliated practices. With a background in emergency medical services, including a longstanding role as a paramedic, Brian possesses extensive expertise in regulatory compliance, training program development, and safety management across various industries. Brian holds an MBA from Le Moyne College and multiple degrees in Environmental Resource Engineering from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
