Leah Vasquez

Leah Vasquez, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Divisional Operations for National Veterinary Associates, overseeing operations for 20 veterinary hospitals across California and Hawaii with a team of over 400. Prior to this role, Leah was the Regional Operations Director at Optum, managing operations for a Fortune 5 healthcare company and leading a team of 8 managers and approximately 200 support staff. Leah has extensive experience from Kaiser Permanente, where roles included Practice Director for Gastroenterology and Clinical Department Administrator, as well as positions at CareOregon, focusing on project management and operational excellence. Leah holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Oregon Health & Science University, along with a BS in Business Administration and a BA in Spanish Language and Literature from North Carolina State University.
