Lubomira Paclikova

Lubomira (Lubcha) Paclikova serves as the Head of Human Resources at National Veterinary Associates since 2024, where the focus is on fostering a thriving community for veterinary professionals across 1,000 locations. In addition, Lubomira is a Teaching Professional at Harvard Extension School, guiding students in the Motivation class within the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Department. Lubomira is also a member of Chief, a network that supports women leaders. Previously, Lubomira held the position of VP of Human Resources at Antech Diagnostics, where efforts were directed towards enhancing associate value propositions.
