Michelle Reardon

Michelle Reardon currently serves as the Head of Communications at National Veterinary Associates, overseeing communication strategies for a community of veterinary hospitals and specialty care facilities. Previously, Michelle held several key positions at Campbell Soup Company, including Vice President of Communications and Director of Communications for the Americas, where responsibilities encompassed engaging various stakeholders and managing comprehensive communication plans. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Public Affairs at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, Global Employee Communications Leader at DuPont, and Governor's Press Secretary for the State of Delaware. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in international relations, English, and economics from the University of Delaware and completed education at Yale School of Management in 2019.
