Kimberly Bradford

Kimberly Bradford is the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at National Vision Administrators (NVA), overseeing compliance activities for the Benecard family of companies since March 2022. Prior to NVA, Kimberly served as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Heartland Fidelity, where notable achievements included receiving the 2016 Pharmacy Quality Alliance Quality Improvement Award and significantly improving the organization's star rating. Kimberly's earlier experience at UPMC Health Plan encompassed roles such as Director of Medicare Compliance and Manager of Medicare Compliance, where responsibilities included establishing compliance training and managing audits. Kimberly holds an M.B.A. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Eberly College of Business.
