Crcm Michael Parker

Michael Parker, CRCM, has extensive experience in compliance and risk management. Michael is currently the EVP and Chief Compliance Officer at First Financial Bank Texas. Prior to that, they worked at USAA as the Director of Compliance Risk Management. Michael also held various roles at Capital One, including Director of Compliance Audit and Director of Corporate Compliance, Financial Services. Before Capital One, they served as the Director of Internal Audit at Ocwen Financial Corporation. Michael started their career as a Sr. Audit Manager at Capital One and worked as an Assistant Director at ICS Compliance. Additionally, they worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond as a Community and Regional Examiner. Throughout their career, Parker has demonstrated expertise in overseeing compliance management programs, leading audit teams, and conducting risk assessments.

Michael Parker, CRCM completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2005. Michael obtained the certification of Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager from the American Bankers Association in June 2016.
