Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant Account Executive at National Vision Administrators since May 2023, Sonia is also the Founder and CEO of Eat Mediterranean Food, a venture that reflects a deep passion for Mediterranean cuisine rooted in their Greek heritage. Previous leadership positions include Owner and CEO of Mediterranean Agile Consulting, where consulting services were provided to organizations like the American Bible Society, and IT Project Manager at the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America. With a solid educational background in Computer Science from the American University of Athens, Sonia has demonstrated proficiency in managing complex systems and operations, contributing to numerous successful projects throughout a diverse career.
