Amy Auffant

Amy Auffant is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and human resources. Currently serving as SVP and Deputy General Counsel at National Vision Inc. since December 2017, Amy has held multiple titles within the organization, including Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Employment and Operations, and Senior Employment Counsel. Prior to this, Amy was the Director of Human Resources and Legal Counsel at Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Centers. As the Founder and President of Auffant Group, LLC, and a Trainer and Consultant with The Riverbend Group, LLC, Amy has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Early career experience includes roles as a Labor and Employment Attorney/Partner at Elarbee Thompson and as an Associate at both Freeman Mathis & Gary and Rumberger Kirk & Caldwell. Amy earned a BA in English from Stetson University and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
