Jesse Blount has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1999, Jesse worked as the Director of Marketing, Planning & Promotions at Sears Holdings Corp., where they developed and executed marketing plans for a $6 billion division. Jesse then moved to MillerCoors as a Senior Marketing Strategy Consultant before joining Kohl's Department Stores as the Director of Loyalty, CRM & Personalization. At Kohl's, Jesse played a key role in developing and launching the successful Kohl's Rewards loyalty program. Following this, Jesse worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Bealls, Inc., where they provided strategic direction and leadership to the marketing organization.

Later, Jesse joined Quad as the Vice President of Strategy, leading the global client strategy practice of a top advertising agency. Jesse directed a transformational change of the company into a leading full-service marketing services provider. Jesse also worked as an Adjunct Professor at both Bryant & Stratton College and the University of Phoenix, teaching digital marketing courses.

In 2021, Jesse joined Oracle as the Head of Product for Oracle Crowdtwist Loyalty, overseeing the strategic vision, product development, and go-to-market strategy for the loyalty product. Currently, Jesse serves as the Vice President of CRM, eCommerce, and Consumer Insights at National Vision Inc.

Throughout their career, Jesse has demonstrated expertise in customer engagement, loyalty programs, marketing strategy, and leadership in various industries.

Jesse Blount has a diverse education history. In 2019, they completed the Advanced Management Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University in 2009. In 2004, Jesse earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, with Honors, from Roosevelt University. They also have an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business from Harper College, which was obtained in 2001. Additionally, Jesse has obtained additional certifications, including a Pragmatic Certified Product Manager credential from Pragmatic Institute in 2021 and a Masters Certificate in Marketing Strategy from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2017.
