Jesse Rousseau

Jesse Rousseau has extensive experience in people development and project management, currently serving as the People Development Manager and DEI, Learning Design Deployment Manager at National Vision Inc. since March 2015. In previous roles at National Vision, Jesse has held positions such as Learning Design & Deployment Manager, Manager of Culture, DEI, and Philanthropy, and Content Development/Instructional Design Specialist. Earlier experience includes being a Global Staff Writer at SportsBusiness Journal / Daily and various administrative and internship roles at organizations such as the University of Georgia and WGCL/CBS Atlanta. Jesse holds a Master of Science in Sports Management & Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Digital and Broadcast Journalism, both from the University of Georgia.
