Franck Délécrin

Franck Délécrin is an accomplished recruitment and human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and HR strategy. Currently serving as a Recruiter, People Development, and Campus Manager at CVE since October 2019, Franck has successfully hired over 100 employees and established partnerships with 11 universities and engineering schools. Franck's previous roles include International Recruiter and Campus Manager at CVE, International Talent Acquisition Specialist at CIS, and Business Intelligence Talent Acquisition Specialist at LACO, where responsibilities involved managing the full talent acquisition process and fostering long-term relationships with candidates and partners. With a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from EM Normandie Business School, Franck also has a background in training, HR project management, and commercial analysis across various organizations.
