Kevin Gear

Kevin Gear currently serves as the Division President of Construction and Landscape Designer at Harvest Landscape Enterprises, Inc. since June 2020. Kevin has demonstrated leadership in volleyball coaching as the Head Volleyball Coach for both boys-17 and girls-14 teams at Laguna Beach Volleyball Club from August 2023 to July 2024, and previously for Volitude Volleyball, coaching the 16 teams from September 2022 to June 2023. Prior to their coaching roles, Kevin played as a Middle Blocker for AERO Odolena Voda Volleyball Club in the Czech Extraliga. Kevin's early career included a horticulture internship at Walt Disney World and various roles at McDonald's and as a camp counselor. Kevin earned a degree in Landscape Contracting with a focus on Design/Build from Penn State University, which was completed in 2018.
