Anne Germain

Anne Germain has a strong background in civil engineering and waste management. Anne currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer & SVP Regulatory Affairs at the National Waste & Recycling Association. Prior to this, Anne served as the Chief of Engineering & Technology at the Delaware Solid Waste Authority for nearly 20 years. Anne holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
