Jennifer Napolitano

Jennifer Napolitano, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition at the National Women's Law Center since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer was an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner at the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group from December 2019 to October 2022. Jennifer's experience in human resources includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at the American Council on Education and various positions at American University, including Academic Personnel Coordinator and Lecturer. Additionally, Jennifer worked as an Academic Coordinator at Georgetown University and served as an Editor at Shoppers' Critique International. Jennifer holds an MFA in Creative Writing from American University and a BA in Political Science, English, and Women's Studies from the University of Central Florida.
